Pre-Orders

When will my order ship?
All current items are pre-order. Orders are shipped 4–8 weeks after the pre-order window closes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your piece leaves our facility.

When am I charged?
Pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout. This allows us to confirm production quantities and reserve your size.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, pre-orders are final as your piece has entered production.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How do I start an exchange?
Email us at alsoknownashelp@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for. We'll walk you through the process.
