Shipping policy

Where we ship
Currently, alsoknownas ships within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap and we'll announce it when it's live.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8 (standard, USPS or comparable)
Shipping speed
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days once your order leaves our facility.
- Pre-order items: each pre-order has a stated production window (typically 4–8 weeks from the close of the pre-order window). Orders ship out as soon as production wraps. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your piece is dispatched.
When you'll be charged
Pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout. This is how we confirm production quantities and reserve your size. Shipping is included or added based on the totals at checkout — there's no surprise charge later.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email from us with a tracking number and carrier link. If you don't see it within 7 business days of the shipping window closing, check your spam folder, then email alsoknownashelp@gmail.com.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
- Lost or significantly delayed: if your order is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, or hasn't moved in tracking for 10+ business days, email us. We'll work with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
- Damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace at no cost.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you catch an address error within 24 hours of ordering, email us — we'll update if production hasn't started.
